Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, immediately unpack your plants and check their condition; please note that some plants may arrive in a dormant state and will flourish once planted.
Contact Customer Service
If a plant fails to grow or arrives damaged, reach out to our support team within the guarantee period to initiate a claim with your order number and photos of the item.
Receive Authorization
Our horticultural experts will review your request and provide a return authorization or guidance on how to revive stressed plants if applicable.
Store Credit or Replacement
Once approved, we will issue a one-time replacement or a store credit for the full purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.
